Postpartum Doula

  • Hours between 8am-8pm - $30/h

  • Hours Between 8pm-8am - $35/h

Postpartum Support May Include:

  • Light Household Help – dishes, laundry, tidying up baby areas.

  • Meal Preparation & Personable Snacks – prepping family meals and providing nourishing, comforting snacks.

  • Sibling Care – keeping older children engaged while parents bond with baby.

  • Sleep Support – tips for newborn sleep patterns and nighttime relief.

  • Partner Support – guidance on how partners can feel confident and involved.

  • Newborn Care Support – diapering, swaddling, soothing, feeding assistance (breast/bottle).

  • Parental Guidance - answering questions, reassurance, evidence-based info.

  • Emotional Support – listening ear, encouragement, and validation during the transition.

  • Feeding Support – help with breastfeeding positions, pumping, or formula prep.

  • Rest & Recovery Time – caring for baby so parents can nap, shower, or eat.

  • Community Referrals – connection to lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, etc.

Payment Details
A 30% deposit is required on the contract start date to secure your services—this will be applied toward your total package. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your scheduled shift.
