Postpartum Doula

Hi! I’m Jessy a postpartum doula based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, originally from the small town of Two Hills. I’m also a proud mama to two beautiful baby girls who are the heart of my world and the reason I do what I do.

Before stepping into the world of postpartum care, I worked as a hairstylist — a career that taught me the power of connection, listening, and making people feel their best. That same energy and care now goes into supporting new parents during one of the most beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) times of their lives.

My goal is to help you feel calm, confident, and cared for in those early days with your baby. Whether it's newborn care, emotional support, breastfeeding guidance, or just having someone to hold space while you rest — I'm here for it all.

On a more personal note, I’m all about cozy vibes and comfort food — nothing makes me happier than a quiet evening with my girls and a plate of chicken wings (or anything canned and pickled, if I’m being honest). I believe healing happens in warm, grounded spaces, and that’s the kind of energy I bring into every home I enter.

Testimonials

  • "Hiring Jessy was the best decision we made after bringing our baby home. She brought such calm, warmth, and confidence into our space during a time that felt completely overwhelming. From helping with feeds to simply sitting with me while I processed everything—she was exactly what we needed."

    - Sarah M.

  • "Jessica felt like family from day one. She showed up with open arms, zero judgment, and a deep understanding of what postpartum really looks like. She brought peace to our home, helped us find our rhythm, and reminded me to take care of myself too."

    - Danielle T.

  • "Jessy walked into our chaotic, sleep-deprived home like a postpartum superhero—minus the cape, but definitely with snacks. She knew exactly when to step in, when to step back, and how to convince me that showering wasn’t a luxury. 10/10, would not survive a newborn without her."
